The texts, figures, photos, videos and designs on the site belong to Carlos Gotlib or are used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote and share them for personal or journalistic use with a link to the source. Any other use (reproducing them in full, using them commercially or modifying them) requires written permission: write to hola@carlosgotlib.com.
Company and investment brands and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are displayed only to identify them.
Not advice
What's published here is Carlos's personal experience and opinion building and investing in companies. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or any other kind of advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell securities or to take part in any company. Figures are those Carlos knows at the time of publishing and may change. Consult a professional before making decisions.

How the content is made
Some content is prepared with the help of tools, including artificial intelligence tools, and Carlos always reviews and approves it before it's published. If you spot a mistake, write to us and we'll fix it.

By using the contact form you agree to provide truthful information and not to send spam, illegal content or confidential information you don't want to share. Sending a message doesn't create any professional relationship or obligation to reply.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site for illegal activities, to try to access restricted areas or the admin, to overload the servers or to interfere with how it works. Automated access (including search engines and AI tools) is allowed as long as it respects robots.txt and doesn't affect the service.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and shows content from other sites and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and news outlets, among others). We don't control that content, and its use is governed by each one's terms and privacy notices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, unless the law of your country entitles you to go to the courts where you live.
